Brigade Group has announced the launch of Brigade Cherry Blossom, a premium plotted development in Malur, East Bengaluru, with an estimated revenue potential exceeding ₹225 crore. The project spans approximately 20 acres and offers 338 plots in two size options, 30x40 feet and 30x50 feet, with a total development area of around 4.51 lakh square feet.
This initiative comes as part of Brigade Group’s broader vision to create integrated neighbourhoods within emerging growth corridors of Bengaluru. Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, noted that Malur is rapidly evolving into a significant residential hub due to its strategic connectivity and ongoing infrastructure developments. The area’s proximity to the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) and the Bengaluru–Chennai Expressway (NE-7) further enhances its appeal as a promising investment destination.
Malur is also part of the Chennai–Bengaluru Industrial Corridor, offering direct access to key locations like Whitefield, Sarjapur, and Hoskote, making it a favourable choice for homebuyers and investors looking to capitalize on Bengaluru’s expanding suburban footprint.
The upcoming infrastructure upgrades around Malur are expected to fuel residential demand in the region. Being just 1.5 km away from major road projects, the development benefits from enhanced connectivity, facilitating easy commutes to employment hubs and key city areas. This makes Brigade Cherry Blossom attractive for end-users seeking well-planned plotted housing options within reach of Bengaluru’s IT and industrial zones.
The launch of Brigade Cherry Blossom adds to Brigade Group’s growing portfolio of projects in Bengaluru and other South Indian cities. Earlier this year, the company signed an agreement to develop a large residential land parcel along Whitefield-Hoskote Road, with a projected development potential of ₹2,700 crore. This extensive 20-acre project, managed through subsidiary Ananthay Properties Private Limited, will deliver around 2.5 million square feet of saleable residential space.
In addition, Brigade Group announced a joint development agreement in East Bengaluru for a plotted project valued at ₹175 crore earlier in 2025. These moves reflect the company’s strategic focus on emerging residential corridors around Bengaluru to meet growing housing demands.
Currently, Brigade Group has a substantial development pipeline across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad, totaling approximately 12.61 million square feet. The group’s emphasis on integrated township concepts and quality developments positions it as a key player in South India’s real estate landscape.
Bengaluru’s real estate market continues to witness strong demand for plotted developments and residential land parcels, especially in suburban locations with improving infrastructure. Investors and homebuyers are increasingly attracted to projects that offer flexibility in design and ownership, alongside connectivity to employment centers.
