Bengaluru Airport City to Feature Business Park, Concert Arena, and India's Largest Hotel

Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) unveiled investment plans for a two million square feet business park, concert arena and 775-room hotel near the Kempegowda International Airport.The project will be developed on the principles of sustainability, inclusivity and resilience to make the Bengaluru Airport City an eco-friendly urban centre.

Business Park- Innovative Design and Features

The new business park will be designed according to biophilic principles, which integrate natural elements into the architecture to create a more productive and healthier environment. This approach aims to enhance the well-being of employees and visitors by incorporating greenery and natural light throughout the workspace. Set within the Urban Forest, the park will blend indoor and outdoor spaces, offering a vibrant and dynamic setting for businesses.

The business park’s strategic location within Bengaluru Airport City ensures excellent connectivity. The upcoming Metro station will provide seamless access to the business park from the northern side, facilitating convenient commuting for employees and visitors. Combo Hotel- Accommodation and Amenities

The Combo Hotel is poised to become one of the largest hospitality establishments in India, featuring a total of 775 keys. The hotel will be a collaboration between Vivanta, which will offer 450 rooms, and Ginger, providing 325 rooms. This combination aims to cater to both luxury and budget travelers, ensuring a wide range of accommodations to suit various needs.

Scheduled for completion by the end of 2026, the hotel is expected to attract both business travelers and tourists. Its proximity to the airport and the business park makes it an ideal choice for visitors, providing easy access to key locations within Bengaluru Airport City.

Concert Arena- Unique Entertainment Venue

The concert arena is set to be an unique addition to Bengaluru Airport City, marking the first of its kind within an airport ecosystem in India. With a capacity to host 10,000 attendees, the arena will be equipped to handle large-scale events and concerts, positioning itself as a major hub for entertainment and cultural gatherings.

The concert arena is scheduled to open within the next couple of years. It will feature state-of-the-art facilities designed to provide an exceptional experience for performers and audiences alike.
