Kolkata To Get Its First Integrated Business Hub- Intellia Business Park by 2027
Kolkata is set to welcome its first-ever integrated business park, Intellia Business Park. The project is a joint venture between three real estate companies: Srijan Realty, PS Group, and Signum Group. Intellia Business Park is strategically located in Kolkata’s central business district (CBD). It sprawls across an anticipated 6 Acres of land parcel, with a development area of nearly 8 Lakh-SqFt. The project will offer approximately 7 Lakh-SqFt of office space, whereas it is expected to be completed by June 2027.
Central to the development is "The Quarters," a cutting-edge business club designed to seamlessly integrate business and leisure amenities. Boasting 34 guest rooms and three banquet halls, The Quarters is poised to cater to the discerning demands of modern professionals seeking upscale business facilities.

Construction is already underway, with over 35 percent of the total saleable area booked within a few months of its announcement. Keshav Agarwal, Director of Srijan Realty, reveals that out of the seven lakh square feet of office space, 2.5 lakh square feet have already been sold, signaling strong momentum for the project.
With a total project cost of approximately ₹350 crore, Intellia Business Park represents a substantial investment in Kolkata's economic future.
