India’s first Net-Zero engineering company– BOOTES,announced the opening of its new vertical, BOOTES Homes, a collection of futuristic luxury villas built to last a century and yield high returns on investment.
With a vision to build Aatmanirbhar Homes, Cities, and Bharat, BOOTES Homes will deliver climate-smart, crisis-ready villas across India’s most significant cultural and spiritual cities, including *Vrindavan, Jhansi, Prayagraj, Varanasi, and Ayodhya*. The company has committed an initial project outlay of over *₹650 crore*, marking a significant first step in redefining sustainable luxury living.
BOOTES Homes has been conceptualized to set a new standard in future living by integrating features such as clean air quality with *AQI levels under 50*, uniform heating and cooling, complete off-grid readiness with no dependency on external electricity, water, or sewer lines, and earthquake resistance up to magnitude 9. Each villa will also include a *CBRN-protected bunker*, ensuring safety in uncertain times, while offering long-term resilience and sustainability benefits.
The credibility of BOOTES Homes stems from the company’s proven expertise in delivering some of India’s most iconic net-zero projects, including the world’s first Net-Zero Library in Jhansi, the world’s first Net-Zero Museum in Kurukshetra, and the world’s first Net-Zero Cold Storage in Rewari.
