The acquisition of a ₹200 crore apartment by the Zydus Family Trust underscores the continued interest in Mumbai’s luxury real estate market among high-net-worth individuals. Oberoi Three Sixty West has emerged as one of the most desirable addresses in the city, attracting India’s elite from business, entertainment, and finance.
