Brigade Group Launches New Housing Tower Near Bengaluru Airport, Expects Over ₹400 Crore Revenue

Bengaluru-based real estate major Brigade Group has recently unveiled a new residential tower named ‘Cobalt’ within its sprawling 50-acre township, Brigade El Dorado, located in the city's KIADB Aerospace Park. This development is projected to generate over ₹400 crore in revenue, marking a significant addition to the group's portfolio.

The strategic location of Brigade El Dorado is a key highlight, positioned just 15 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport. This proximity to the airport, alongside various commercial hubs, IT parks, and the forthcoming airport metro, underscores the township's appeal to potential residents. The new housing tower will encompass 948 single-bedroom apartments and is slated for completion in the second quarter of the financial year 2028-29. The comprehensive township promises a wealth of amenities, including a hospital, a central park, a multiplex, and sports and retail facilities, providing residents with a holistic living experience.

Earlier this month, the company disclosed plans for an 8-acre residential project in West Bengaluru, expected to generate ₹1,100 crore in revenue. Additionally, Brigade Group introduced Brigade Insignia, a premium residential project in North Bengaluru, with a similar revenue potential of ₹1,100 crore. These projects are part of the company's broader strategy to expand its footprint across key markets in Bengaluru.
