Noida Authority Seals Assets of Prateek Realtors Amid Unpaid Dues Dispute

The Noida Authority recently took decisive action against a real estate company for failing to clear substantial outstanding dues. In a move that highlights the authority's commitment to enforcing financial regulations, assets belonging to Prateek Realtors India Private Limited were sealed after the company failed to settle ₹50.49 crore in dues.
