On October 18, 2024, MicroMitti introduced Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), AIF Category 2 Real Estate Funds, and Private Equity (PE) investments, providing structured, high-return opportunities for individual investors. These investment vehicles enabled diversification into real estate, historically a stable asset class, without the need for large-scale capital.

About the Founder

Manoj Dhanotiya is an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in SaaS, eCommerce, and PropTech. Before starting MicroMitti, he led multiple ventures, including AiTrillion and GoWebBaby. Manoj is an alumnus of the University of Cincinnati and Harvard, where he gained the skills and knowledge that have fueled his entrepreneurial journey.

He has launched thousands of eCommerce stores, created specialized enterprise tools, and worked with prominent global clients such as TeleBrands and Harley Davidson NY. His strong connections in the legal and real estate communities, combined with his network of global investors, give him a unique edge in fighting through the complexities of real estate investments.
