By cultivating deep alliances with architects, consultants, developers, and project managers, he aims to strengthen Unitile’s brand influence across the commercial real estate and workplace interiors ecosystem.

Recognized as a thought leader in integrated workplace environments, Aslam has successfully led major turnkey transformation programs for global organizations including Dow Chemicals, EY, Facebook, Adani Connex Data Centres, NatWest, HCL Technologies, GE, Airbus, Bank of America, Pfizer, Siemens, BASF, Bain & Co., Citibank, and Deutsche Bank. His understanding of the complexities and expectations of enterprise clients will play a key role in sharpening Unitile’s market positioning, enhancing its approach to solutioning, and delivering deeper strategic value.

“As India emerges as a global hub for innovation, technology, and enterprise growth, the demand for high-performance, agile workplaces has never been greater,” said Idris Rajkotwala, Executive Director at Unitile. “Aslam’s industry insight, strategic mindset, and ability to open new market spaces will be central to strengthening Unitile’s presence across India and international markets.”

Aslam holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Symbiosis International University and has undergone extensive training in consultative selling, solution selling, negotiation strategies, and sales EQ.

“Growth is built on trust, clarity, and consistent value creation,” said Aslam Hussain. “I believe in listening deeply to understand what truly matters and in helping organizations build workplaces where people and businesses can thrive. Success is not defined by scale alone, but by purpose, direction, and meaningful impact.”

Aslam’s appointment underscores Unitile’s long-term vision to be the partner of choice for sustainable and modern workplace performance solutions. His leadership will help establish new global alliances, strengthen Unitile’s already extensive enterprise customer base, support international expansion, and further solidify its position as a pioneer shaping the future of workplaces.
