Under the terms of the agreement, Godrej & Boyce, under the leadership of Jamshyd Godrej and his sister, will retain ownership and control of the group's extensive land bank, which includes approximately 3,000 acres of prime property in Mumbai. Meanwhile, Godrej Properties, led by Executive Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej, will assume the role of development manager for projects developed by Godrej & Boyce, with a focus on marketing and overseeing the execution of these projects.
