Arkade Developers Secures Three Major Redevelopment Projects in Mumbai’s Western Suburbs
Arkade Developers Ltd, has secured three major redevelopment projects in Mumbai’s Western Suburbs. Covering a total area of approximately 20,232 square meters (5 acres), these projects are a significant step in the company’s expansion strategy and strengthen its presence in Mumbai’s suburbs.
The new developments will offer a total saleable carpet area of approximately 5.85 lakh square feet, with an estimated turnover of Rs 2,150 crore. These projects are located in prime areas of Mumbai, including Andheri East, Malad West, and Borivali West. Each of these locations presents unique opportunities for growth, providing both residential and commercial real estate options for potential buyers and investors.
1. Andheri East Project:
The first redevelopment project is located in Andheri East, near the Western Express Highway. This project covers a plot size of 6,811 square meters and will provide a saleable carpet area of 1.29 lakh square feet. With a projected turnover potential of Rs 527 crore, this development is expected to meet the increasing demand for office and residential spaces in one of Mumbai’s most commercialized areas.
2. Malad West Project:
The second project, located in Malad West, spans 6,337 square meters. This redevelopment will offer a saleable carpet area of 2.12 lakh square feet, and the estimated turnover potential is Rs 758 crore. Malad West has seen rapid growth over the past few years, with the area emerging as a hub for both residential and office developments. This project aims to cater to the increasing demand for modern, sustainable spaces in the region.
3. Borivali West Project:
The third and largest project is located in Borivali West, where Arkade Developers plans to redevelop a cluster of four societies. This project will cover an area of 7,084 square meters and offer a saleable carpet area of 2.44 lakh square feet. With an estimated turnover of Rs 865 crore, this project will be one of the most significant developments in the region, contributing to the urban renewal of Borivali West.
