Failure to upload these essential documents will result in these projects being placed in an "abeyance" list, preventing further sales or advertising until the developers comply with the regulations. 4. Sales through Registered Real Estate Agents Only
To curb fraudulent activities and misleading sales tactics, UPRERA has mandated that all real estate transactions be conducted through agents registered with the authority.
