Any association of real estate promoters, builders, or developers across the country can become a member of CREDAI. Individual developers and builders can join city- or state-level developer associations, which, in turn, can become members of CREDAI.

The process of obtaining CREDAI membership is straightforward. Developers need to apply through their respective state body. To begin, the application form must be downloaded from the official CREDAI website and filled out with the necessary details. The form should include the following information:
