Integrated Township BCD City Launched in Bengaluru's Hoskote

BCD Group has announced the launch of BCD City, an integrated township in Hoskote near Bengaluru. Spread across 75 acres, the project represents a ₹500 crore investment and includes a mix of residential units, villa plots, retail spaces, and office facilities. The township is designed as a self-contained urban ecosystem aimed at meeting the housing and commercial needs of its residents.

The project offers 900 ready-to-move-in residential units, all pre-leased to Foxconn, the iPhone manufacturer, for two years. This arrangement provides homebuyers with assured rental income, making the investment attractive to both individuals and investors. Along with residential options, the development includes commercial and recreational spaces, providing a balance of living and working environments.

Hoskote, the location of the project, is well-connected to Bengaluru and nearby regions. The township is close to major infrastructure projects, including the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) Growth Corridor, the Bengaluru-Chennai Expressway, and Kempegowda International Airport. The location's connectivity is further strengthened by its proximity to various micro-markets such as Devanahalli, Ramanagara, and Doddaballapur, which adds to its appeal for homebuyers and investors.

BCD City is priced to be accessible, with residential units available for under ₹45 lakh. These properties come equipped with modern facilities and technologies that align with current urban living needs. The township includes various amenities such as parks, healthcare facilities, schools, and retail spaces. These features aim to provide essential services within easy reach for residents.

The design incorporates elements that promote resource efficiency. Features such as rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient lighting, and green spaces are included to reduce reliance on non-renewable resources. This approach not only lowers operational costs but also aligns with practices aimed at responsible urban development.

The project is led by Ashwinder R Singh, the Vice-Chairman and CEO of BCD Group. Singh has previously been associated with other successful township projects and sees this development as setting a standard for similar projects in Bengaluru. Angad Singh Bedi, managing director of BCD Group, emphasized the focus on planning a development that integrates housing, commercial facilities, and recreational areas.

The township has generated interest among potential buyers and investors. The developers are optimistic about replicating this model in other parts of Bengaluru based on the positive response. With its strategic location, range of facilities, and planned integration of living and working spaces, BCD City is expected to contribute significantly to the housing options available in the region.
