Moreover, as per a report, average housing prices in projects along Dwarka Expressway have risen 83% in the last ten years and are likely to appreciate further. These projections indicate a remarkable 20-40% price appreciation over the next 2-3 years.

Dwarka Expressway offers excellent investment potential. Property prices in these areas have shown consistent appreciation due to the ongoing infrastructure developments and increasing demand. The rental yields are also attractive, making these corridors lucrative for end-users and investors. The trend towards high-end projects in these submarkets, with several new launches priced at Rs 2.5 crore or above, indicates strong investor interest and demand.
