Bollywood actor Taapsee Pannu, along with her sister Shagun Pannu, has bought a residential apartment in the Mumbai suburb of Goregaon West for Rs. 4.33 crore. The transaction was officially registered in May 2025, as per publicly available property registration data accessed through the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra and reviewed by Square Yards.

The apartment is located in Imperial Heights, a completed residential development that has seen steady buyer interest over the past year. The purchased unit features a carpet area of 1,390 sq. ft. (approximately 129 sq. m.) and a built-up area of 155.02 sq. m. (approximately 1,669 sq. ft.). The deal also includes two car parking spaces, indicating the purchase of a spacious urban residence. The stamp duty paid for the transaction amounted to Rs. 21.65 lakh, while the registration charges were Rs. 30,000.

Goregaon West continues to attract both residential and commercial buyers. The location benefits from proximity to key commercial nodes such as Andheri and Malad. It enjoys multi-point connectivity through arterial roads like the Western Express Highway, SV Road, Link Road, and the Mumbai suburban railway network.
