Singer Shaan and Radhika Acquire ₹10 Crore Luxury Bungalow in Pune’s Prabhachiwadi
Bollywood playback singer Shantanu Mukherjee, better known as Shaan, along with his wife Radhika Mukherjee, has recently purchased a luxury bungalow in the Pune locality of Prabhachiwadi for ₹10 crore. This transaction, which was registered in March 2025, was confirmed through property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. The couple acquired a property that includes both a bungalow and a plot, with the total land area covering approximately 0.4 hectares (around 4,787 square yards). The built-up area of the bungalow itself spans 5,500 square feet (around 511 square meters). The transaction was accompanied by a stamp duty payment of ₹50 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
Prabhachiwadi, where the couple has made their investment, is located within the Maval taluka of Pune district, Maharashtra. The area, which lies within the Pune Metropolitan Region, is largely rural with expansive open land and is witnessing an increasing trend of residential developments.
