Signature Global Acquires 48 Acres of Land in Gurugram for ₹1,070 Crore in FY25
Signature Global has made a significant investment by acquiring 48 acres of land in Gurugram for ₹1,070 crore during the 2024-25 financial year. This acquisition is part of the company’s strategy to expand its business, capitalizing on the strong consumer demand for residential properties in the region.
The land purchased spans 47.71 acres across several key sectors in Gurugram, with the specific breakdown being 16.16 acres in Sector 71 for ₹283.09 crore, 25.62 acres in Sector 37D for ₹670.15 crore, and 5.94 acres in Sector 88A for ₹116.07 crore. These land acquisitions will be utilized for future residential projects, enhancing Signature Global’s development capacity in the area.

As part of its long-term growth strategy, the company is focused on replenishing its land bank in Gurugram and its surrounding areas to match the pace of its growing sales. This approach ensures that land acquisition and project development continue in tandem, allowing the company to consistently launch new projects while replenishing its reserves for sustained future growth.
Earlier in April, Signature Global reported a 42% increase in its sale bookings, reaching a record ₹10,290 crore for the 2024-25 fiscal year, compared to ₹7,270 crore in the previous year. This growth is a testament to Signature Global’s successful strategy of identifying and capitalizing on high-potential micro-markets, delivering value across both the premium and mid-income segments. As one of the few listed real estate players in India to achieve over ₹10,000 crore in annual sales bookings, Signature Global has set a high benchmark in the sector.
The company’s annual collections also showed impressive growth, increasing by 41% to ₹4,380 crore in FY25. Additionally, Signature Global’s average sales realization improved to ₹12,457 per square foot from ₹11,762 per square foot in the previous fiscal year. This improvement in average sales realization highlights the company’s ability to command higher prices, particularly in the competitive Gurugram real estate market.
