Deepinder Goyal's 10,813 sq. ft. Camellias apartment, bought for Rs. 52.3 crore in 2022, is now estimated at Rs. 140 crore, signalling luxury home price growth.

Zomato co-founder Deepinder Goyal's apartment in DLF The Camellias in Gurugram was purchased for Rs. 52.3 crore in 2022. A similar-sized apartment at the development is now estimated to be worth around Rs. 140 crore, according to reports. The 10,813 sq. ft. unit is located in one of the country's most expensive residential projects where some high-end apartments have been sold.
The property was bought by Goyal from DLF in August 2022. While the purchase was made at Rs. 52.3 crore, the current estimate for a similar-sized residence at the development points to a substantial increase in property values over the intervening period. The figure is an estimated market value and does not mean that Goyal has sold the apartment.
The apartment measures 10,813 sq. ft. in a super built-up area and comes with five dedicated parking spaces. Goyal acquired the property directly from DLF for Rs. 52.3 crore in August 2022. The conveyance deed for the transaction was executed on March 17, 2025, with stamp duty of approximately Rs. 3.66 crore paid as part of the registration process.
The difference between the purchase price and the latest estimated value is around Rs. 87.7 crore. This represents an indicative increase of approximately 168% based on the reported estimate for a similar-sized apartment. The Camellias is famous for its large-sized apartments plus high-end amenities, and is located at DLF Phase 5 on Golf Course Road.
The development has seen several high-value residential deals in recent years. In December 2024, a penthouse at The Camellias was reported to have been purchased for Rs. 190 crore. Other transactions have included apartments valued at around Rs. 95 crore and Rs. 100 crore, indicating the price range at which some residences in the project have changed hands.
Four apartment registrations at The Camellias in September 2025 were reported to have crossed a combined value of Rs. 270 crore. Such transactions have placed the project among the most closely watched addresses in India's ultra-luxury residential segment.
Prices within a development can vary depending on the apartment's size, floor, layout, views and other features. As a result, the value of one unit cannot automatically be applied to every residence in the project. Nevertheless, the reported deals offer a useful indication of the amounts buyers are willing to pay for premium homes in this part of Gurugram.
The transactions at The Camellias come amid continued activity in Gurugram's high-end housing market.Golf Course Road and its surrounds have been highly attention-grabbing for buyers looking to invest in large established homes with good access to businesses, social facilities and high end residential properties. Values will depend on location and purchase terms.
For Goyal's apartment, the estimate of Rs. 140 crore marks a significant and notable difference from its original purchase price. Whether that estimate translates into an actual transaction will depend on a future sale. For now, the property adds to the series of high-value residential deals that have kept Gurugram's ultra-luxury housing market in focus.
