New Delhi, India, 20th May 2026: White Flower Developers (WFD) is preparing to make a strategic entry into the Goa real estate market by purchasing three high-end villa projects in Assagao and Tivim. The Assagao project comprises five luxury villas with an estimated project value of ₹60 crore and a total development area of 2,500 sq. m. The Tivim project comprises eight villas valued at approximately ₹50 crore, and Igreha Vaddo, a 150-year-old Portuguese-style heritage villa project spread across 1,200 sq. m. in Siolim with an estimated project value of ₹20 crore.

This is an indication that WFD’s strategy involves looking for high-potential micro-markets, especially those that can keep up with changing lifestyles. The growing demand for premium vacation homes, combined with North Goa’s strong connectivity, vibrant lifestyle ecosystem, and rising investment potential, made locations such as Assagao and Tivim a natural choice for the project. These areas have emerged as sought-after destinations due to their blend of luxury living, accessibility to key tourist and commercial hubs, and increasing appeal among both homebuyers and investors seeking long-term value.

On the development, Mr Pranndeep Singh, Managing Director & Founder, White Flower Developers, commented,

Goa represents a natural extension of our vision to create thoughtfully designed living spaces in high-potential lifestyle destinations. With Assagao and Tivim, we are looking at two distinct yet complementary markets: one rooted in exclusivity and the other in accessibility. Our focus remains on delivering homes that combine design, functionality, and long-term value, while also responding to the growing demand for luxury second homes in India.

The company's vision is to develop private, functional villa communities designed for luxurious living. The Assagao development will comprise a smaller number of spacious villas. On the other hand, the Tivim development will involve more villas with a focus on accessibility and design.

All projects will be designed based on the vision of WFD to merge functionality and aesthetics. Every project will consider the environment while incorporating elements like natural lighting and effective floor planning. Sustainability will continue to play an important role in all projects undertaken by the company.

We will thoughtfully restore Igreha Vaddo, the heritage villa, to preserve its architectural integrity while seamlessly adapting it to suit contemporary living. This may involve curating the property as a refined luxury offering, either as a personalized private residence or as a distinctive boutique hospitality experience.

This project marks our entry into Goa, and we aim to establish a significant presence for WFD in the area.
