Raheja Universal has reported achieving full inventory closure of its residential project, Solaris at Raheja District, Vashi NX, with 956 homes sold across Solaris 1, 2 and 3, amounting to a total sales value of ₹1,726 crore. This landmark achievement further consolidates the company’s position as a leading developer delivering high-value real estate and curated lifestyle experiences in Navi Mumbai.

Strategically located in Vashi NX – one of the most promising micro-markets in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) – Solaris offered thoughtfully designed 2, 3 and 4 BHK residences complemented by over 30 lifestyle and wellness amenities.
