Migsun Group Acquires Land from Medanta for Mixed-Use Project in Lucknow

NCR-based real estate developer Migsun Group has recently acquired land from Medanta in Lucknow to launch a mixed-use project, investing a total of Rs 426 crore. The project, named 'Migsun Lucknow Central,' will encompass high street retail spaces, a food court, and studio apartments, with RERA approval already secured.

Spanning approximately 20,239 square meters along Shaheed Path in Lucknow, the project is poised to redefine urban living and commercial spaces in the region. The pricing structure indicates units priced at around Rs 49 lakh each, with the initial phase comprising approximately 500 units.

Miglani affirmed their commitment to replicating this success with Migsun Lucknow Central.

Funding for the project will be sourced from internal accruals and customer advances, with execution planned across multiple phases over a 36-month timeline. The first phase is scheduled for completion by 2027, signaling Migsun Group's strategic approach to project delivery and customer satisfaction.

With over 40 projects executed in the Delhi-NCR region, Migsun Group's foray into Lucknow's real estate market underscores their continued expansion and commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable developments.
