MahaRERA Flags 212 Projects for Lack of Construction Updates

The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) has raised concerns by flagging 212 projects in the state for failing to provide construction updates. Launched between January and April 2023, these projects have not updated the regulator about their progress, casting doubt on their timelines and overall progress.

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region and the Konkan region collectively have the highest number of flagged projects, indicating widespread concerns across the state.
