Embassy REIT Secures 2.07 Lakh Sq Ft Lease Agreement with Rubrik in Bengaluru
Embassy Office Parks REIT recently announced a significant lease agreement with global cybersecurity company Rubrik. The deal involves 2.07 lakh sq ft of office space at Embassy TechVillage in Bengaluru. The transaction, facilitated by Colliers, highlights the ongoing demand for high-quality commercial spaces in the city.
Embassy Office Parks REIT, India’s first publicly listed Real Estate Investment Trust, disclosed the Agreement to Lease in a regulatory filing on January 9, 2025. This agreement adds to Embassy REIT's consistent performance in the commercial real estate sector. Embassy TechVillage, located on Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road, offers office spaces along with retail and recreational facilities, making it a preferred choice for companies looking to establish or expand their presence.
Rubrik’s decision to lease this space reflects its focus on scaling operations in India. Marcus Joseph, Director of Global Workplace Solutions (APJ) at Rubrik, stated that the new office is a step forward in the company’s growth journey.
