Bollywood actor Bobby Deol and his wife Tanya Deol have expanded their real estate portfolio with the purchase of multiple commercial office units in Mumbai, reinforcing the growing trend of celebrities investing in income-generating commercial properties.
According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the couple through their firm Greenstone Investments Pvt Ltd acquired 5 office units for approximately ₹15.05 crore in a commercial project located in Andheri West, one of Mumbai’s key business districts.
The office units are located on the 2nd floor of Yura Business Park – Phase 2 on Link Road, a commercial development currently under construction. The project is expected to be completed by December 2027, according to registration documents.

The acquisition spans over 3,400 sq ft of commercial space and includes five dedicated parking spaces.
