Brigade Group is set to invest ₹4500 crore in a 10-acre integrated mixed- use township project in Hyderabad. The project, located in Neopolis, Kokapet, will feature a blend of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces, including a World Trade Center (WTC), a mall, a hotel, and luxury residences. The residential units will be available in 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, and duplex 5-bedroom formats. The tower is designed to be one of the tallest buildings in Hyderabad, reaching a height of 212 meters.

The Hyderabad project will span 45 lakh square feet, with approximately 25 lakh square feet dedicated to luxury homes, showcasing the company's commitment to creating modern living environments that blend convenience and comfort.
The project will also include a 300+ key Intercontinental Hotel, offering luxury accommodations for business and leisure travelers. The hotel’s location within the township will provide convenient access to both the commercial and residential spaces, enhancing its appeal for visitors.
