Bollywood actor Anupam Kher has made a significant real estate investment by purchasing a commercial office space in Mumbai’s bustling Andheri area. The property, located on the 24th floor of the Parinee 1 tower, was purchased for ₹3.88 crore, according to documents accessed by FloorTap.com.

The office space spans 887 square feet of RERA carpet area, offering ample room for commercial activities. The tower, situated in the heart of Andheri, is a popular choice among businesses due to its strategic location, proximity to key commercial hubs, and modern infrastructure. Anupam Kher’s decision to invest in this property further underscores the appeal of Andheri as a prime destination for both residential and commercial real estate investments.

Anupam Kher paid a stamp duty of ₹23.3 lakh to complete the transaction. In addition to the office space, the property comes with one dedicated parking spot, an essential feature in a city where parking spaces are highly sought after and often scarce. While the actor and the developer have not commented publicly on the purchase, the acquisition reflects a broader trend of Bollywood stars investing in real estate to generate rental income and achieve higher returns on investment.

Additionally, other prominent actors like Karishma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, Amitabh Bachchan, and Sonu Nigam have also ventured into commercial real estate. Karishma Kapoor, along with her sister Kareena and their mother Babita Kapoor, leased out a showroom space in Bandra West for ₹6 lakh per month. Ajay Devgn, another Bollywood A-lister, leased an office space in Andheri West for ₹9 lakh a month, reflecting the immense demand for commercial spaces in this area.
