Adani Realty Named Visionary Real Estate Brand at Grohe Hurun India Conclave 2025
Adani Realty, the real estate arm of the diversified Adani Group, has been recognised with the Grohe Hurun India Visionary Real Estate Brand of the Year Award at the Real Estate Leaders' Conclave 2025. The event, held in the national capital, brought together leading stakeholders from across the real estate sector. This recognition comes as the company continues to build on its decade-long growth trajectory and deliver projects across key urban centres in India.
Established in 2010, Adani Realty entered the real estate sector with the launch of Shantigram, a 600-acre integrated township in Ahmedabad. This flagship development marked the beginning of the company’s presence in residential and commercial segments. Over the years, Adani Realty has gradually expanded into other fast-growing markets such as Mumbai, Pune, and Gurugram, strengthening its portfolio across asset classes including social infrastructure.
According to the company, the award reflects its focus on long-term development goals, including a steady pipeline of quality projects that cater to evolving urban needs. A spokesperson from Adani Realty stated that the recognition is aligned with their approach of “transformative growth led by purpose and precision.” The company has aimed to build its presence through projects that align with changing market dynamics while staying rooted in long-term execution plans.
Adani Realty’s completed developments now span 24 million square feet. Over 7,000 families are currently residing in projects delivered by the company. These projects include residential townships, commercial spaces, and mixed-use developments across high-growth zones. As of 2024, the company was valued at ₹56,500 crore, ranking it as the highest-valued unlisted real estate firm in India, according to the Grohe-Hurun India Real Estate 100 list.
The company noted that the award represents a balance between strategic vision and on-ground delivery. It also comes at a time when the real estate sector is undergoing rapid transformation driven by demand for better quality housing, increasing urbanisation, and rising expectations from both end-users and investors.
The Hurun Report, which facilitated the award in partnership with Grohe, is known for its publications on wealth creation, entrepreneurship, and business performance. Founded in London in 1999 and active in India since 2012, Hurun has published several prominent lists, including the India Rich List and Hurun India 500.
The award reinforces Adani Realty’s position as one of the more visible players among privately held real estate firms in India. With a focus on large-scale developments and consistent performance, the company appears poised to continue its role in the ongoing growth of urban real estate across Indian metros.
