Trident Realty will be unlocking 199 plots in Panchkula by launching its premium integrated development, Trident Hills. The company is planning to generate a sales revenue of around ₹1,200 crore from the newly unveiled phase, as per the statement released by the company.
The 200-acre project is a testament of Trident Realty’s commitment to the North Indian region and a significant step in the company’s growth strategy. The newly available residential plots offer the ideal living environment for aspirational homebuyers in a well-connected and luxurious neighbourhood.
The plots offer a range of sizes, from 300 sq. yd to 680 sq. yd, thus catering to the different buyer segments and their needs. The one central park of 1.25 acres in the development is a perfect place for residents to come together, share experiences and have fun with kids in the beautifully landscaped and child-friendly open area with a natural amphitheatre newly developed by the community.
