Indian film maker and producer Karan Johar has bought a high, end flat in Khar West, Mumbai, for a price of Rs. 8.05 crore, as per property registration records accessed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website. The deal was officially documented in November 2025.

This property, situated in the posh Pali Vintage complex, has a carpet area of 1, 060.13 sq. ft. (98.49 sq. m.) and two car parking spots. The acquisition led to the payment of a stamp duty of Rs. 48 lakh besides the registration charges of Rs. 30, 000, according to the official paperwork.
