BNW Developments has announced the launch of Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah-the first branded residential project for the Italian lifestyle brand in the emirate. The new development sees the rising trend of the branded residences concept in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah due to waterfront developments and hospitality-driven planning.

With a total of 377 units that will consist of studios, one, bedroom, two, bedroom, three, bedroom apartments, villas, penthouses, and mansions, the Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Ras Al Khaimah is made to appeal to a wide range of audiences. The artistic vision for the project was overseen by Mrs. Angela Krieger. Mr. Carlos Rossi, the architect, is in charge of the interior design of the project. The design is a blend of the Tonino Lamborghini Italian design and the local planning of Ras Al Khaimah.
