Birla Estates has expanded its senior management team with the addition of Sachin Bhosale as National Head – Projects, mirroring the company’s momentum and focus on excellence in execution, governance, and serving its consumers.
Under his new position, Sachin will be managing the entire projects portfolio of Birla Estates spread across the country. His appointment comes at a time when the Aditya Birla Group’s property division is increasing its focus on timely completion of projects, quality, and green building developments at the national level.
Sachin brings to the company over 23 years of rich experience in real estate development, construction, project management, as well as operating expertise. During his illustrious experience, Sachin has delivered numerous complex projects in the real estate sector, including high-rise residential buildings, integrated townships, commercial campuses, hotel developments, as well as mission-critical infrastructures like data centers.
Prior to joining Birla Estates, Sachin has held various leadership positions with some of the largest real estate companies such as Tata Realty, as well as Panchshil Realty. During his tenure, he has contributed significantly to a number of high profile projects that he has delivered across the Indian market.
