An expert in leading large sales teams, managing luxury and commercial real estate portfolios, and driving product launches across multiple regions, Ankur is adept at designing high-impact sales strategies, building strong channel networks, and nurturing long-term client relationships. In his new role, Ankur will spearhead KREEVA’s sales strategy and operations across markets, focusing on strengthening the company’s channel network, customer engagement, and revenue growth as the brand enters its next phase of expansion.

Prior to joining KREEVA, Ankur held leadership positions with top developers, including BPTP Ltd., Emaar India, Mahindra Lifespace Developers, Bestech, and Anant Raj, where he led regional sales, achieved exceptional growth milestones, and successfully launched marquee projects. His most recent role as Head of Sales at BPTP saw him exceed annual sales targets and deliver over ₹3,500 crore in revenue during FY 2024–25.
