M3M India announced that it will invest ₹2,100 crore to develop a new ultra-luxury housing project under the globally renowned Jacob & Co. brand in Noida. Named ‘Jacob & Co. Residences, Noida’, this project marks the first foray of Jacob & Co., celebrated worldwide for its high-jewellery timepieces and exceptional craftsmanship, into the Indian residential market.
The 6-acre project is part of M3M’s larger expansion strategy and reflects the company’s ambition to redefine the standards of luxury living in India. The development will feature luxury premium residences with pricing ranging from ₹14 crore to ₹25 crore, targeting high-net-worth individuals seeking an unmatched lifestyle experience.
Jacob Arabo, Founder and Chairman of Jacob & Co., attended the launch and highlighted India’s growing significance in the global luxury market. “At Jacob & Co., we have always believed in pushing the boundaries of design, innovation, and experience. India represents an exciting frontier for luxury, and we see tremendous potential in this collaboration,” he said.
The development will be executed in two phases. The first phase will consist of 150 premium residences, while the second phase will introduce approximately 100 ultra-luxury serviced residences. The project is designed to offer residents world-class amenities, bespoke interiors, and cutting-edge architectural design, setting a new benchmark for ultra-luxury living in India.
Pankaj Bansal, Promoter of M3M India, emphasized the strategic importance of the partnership with Jacob & Co., stating, “This collaboration reflects our focus on elevating the standard of luxury living in India. By combining M3M’s expertise in real estate development with Jacob & Co.’s globally recognized brand and design excellence, we aim to create a residential experience unlike any other in the country.”
M3M anticipates total revenue of ₹3,500 crore from this project over the next three years. The ultra-luxury residences will cater to discerning buyers looking for exclusivity, world-class services, and a premium lifestyle in Noida, a city emerging as a hub for high-end residential developments.
M3M India has a proven track record in the luxury segment, having completed 40 projects covering 20 million sq ft and currently developing 17 projects spanning 40 million sq ft. The company also manages two Trump-branded ultra-luxury housing projects, demonstrating its expertise in high-end residential developments and its capability to execute world-class projects in India.
