Koelnmesse India Launches ORGATEC India 2025 for Workspace Design and Technology as GCCs Drive 40-45% of Office Space Demand in India
Koelnmesse India has announced the launch of ORGATEC India, an event dedicated to workspace design, furniture, and technology. The announcement took place at The Oberoi, New Delhi, alongside the introduction of two new wings by NAREDCO, the Women Wing and Youth Wing of NAREDCO Next Gen. The event, attended by prominent designers and industry leaders, is scheduled to take place from November 4–6, 2025, at the Jio Convention Centre, Mumbai.
The platform will showcase advancements in workplace design, focusing on sustainable building technologies, adaptive workspaces, and modern solutions. With Global Capability Centers (GCCs) emerging as key contributors to office space demand in India, it is estimated that GCCs will occupy 40-45% of total office space this year and expand to over 1,900 centers employing 2 million professionals by 2025. ORGATEC India will provide an opportunity for collaboration and innovation across sectors, targeting architects, designers, and corporate professionals
