Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has leased out a 2,727 sq ft commercial office space located in the prominent Lotus Corporate Park in Goregaon East. The property, owned by the actor, has been rented for ₹5.62 lakh per month to a private technology company, as per the property registration documents accessed by SquareYards.

The Lotus Corporate Park is situated in the heart of Goregaon, one of the most vibrant and sought-after business districts in Mumbai’s western suburbs. Known for its excellent connectivity, bustling commercial ecosystem, and premium infrastructure, the park provides an ideal setting for businesses to thrive. The development, spread across 27.55 acres, is home to several ready-to-move-in office spaces, catering to a range of industries, including technology, finance, and professional services.

The Lease Agreement

The lease agreement was officially registered with a stamp duty of ₹88,000 and a registration fee of ₹1,000. While the specific terms of the lease agreement have not been disclosed, the fact that Hrithik Roshan has successfully leased the office space at this rate signals the growing demand for office spaces in prime locations such as Goregaon.

This particular office space has been leased to a private technology company, which is indicative of the increasing presence of tech firms in Mumbai's western suburbs.
