North Bengaluru led activity, driven by proximity to Kempegowda International Airport and infrastructure growth, accounting for 40% of transactions. Embassy Group and Prestige Group led in sales value, with notable projects like Embassy Springs and Prestige Golfshire. Most transactions were below ₹1 crore, with apartments of 1,000–1,500 sq. ft. preferred, reflecting post-pandemic demand for larger spaces.
