Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has recently made headlines with his latest real estate acquisition—a stunning luxury apartment located in the prestigious Pali Hills area of Mumbai. The actor, known for his discerning taste and significant investments in the real estate sector, has purchased a property in Bella Vista Apartments for ₹9.75 crore. The newly acquired apartment boasts a spacious 1,027 square feet of carpet area, offering ample room for a luxurious and comfortable lifestyle. The transaction was finalized on June 25, 2024, with the completion of the transfer deed, which involved a stamp duty of ₹58.5 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
