Trump Organisation’s First Commercial Office Towers in India To Be Developed in Pune
Trump Organisation in collaboration with Tribeca Developers and Kundan Spaces, is entering India’s commercial real estate market with its first office project, Trump World Center Pune. Spanning 1.6 million square feet, the development marks the organisation’s foray into commercial spaces in India. The project, located on a 4.3-acre site on North Main Road in Koregaon Park annexe, involves an investment of ₹1,700 crore and is projected to generate ₹2,500 crore in sales revenue.
Tribeca Developers, the exclusive licensee of the Trump brand in India, has previously developed four Trump-branded residential projects in Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, and Kolkata. Expanding its footprint, the company now plans to introduce three more housing projects in North and South India with a total investment between ₹6,000 and ₹7,000 crore. According to Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers, the demand for premium office spaces in India is growing, and the Trump brand is positioned to serve this segment. He noted that businesses today seek high-quality office environments that integrate functionality with premium amenities.
Trump World Center Pune will feature two office towers—one designed for for-sale strata offices and the other offering larger leasable spaces. The project will also include retail spaces designed to complement the office environment rather than function as a traditional shopping mall. The focus is on providing business-friendly facilities rather than a conventional retail setup.
The development will integrate a range of amenities to enhance workplace efficiency and comfort. Workspaces will range from 5,000 to 7,000 square feet, catering to enterprises of different sizes. Business support facilities will include conference rooms, auditoriums, and networking spaces. In addition, the project will offer gyms, spas, salons, and sports facilities to create a well-rounded work environment. A dedicated retail boulevard will house high-end brands, while India’s first Trump Club will serve as an exclusive space for business leaders, offering fine dining and networking areas.
The Trump Organisation has previously partnered with developers like Lodha, Panchshil Realty, M3M, and Unimark for residential projects in India, covering 3.5 million square feet across four cities. With upcoming launches, India will soon surpass the United States in the number of Trump-branded properties.
Eric Trump, executive vice president of The Trump Organisation, stated that India has embraced the Trump brand with strong demand. He emphasised that after multiple residential collaborations, this commercial development will introduce a new standard in office spaces, reflecting the quality associated with Trump properties globally.
Ashish Jain, Managing Director of Kundan Spaces, highlighted that this project aims to elevate Pune’s status as a business destination and attract corporate investments. The developers are financing the project through a combination of debt, equity, and sales proceeds, with a 50-50 revenue-sharing partnership.
Beyond commercial spaces, the Trump Organisation is exploring opportunities in villa and hospitality projects under its brand. While no immediate plans have been confirmed, Tribeca Developers is set to announce three additional Trump-branded residential projects in the coming months.
