The opening of the Lucknow-Kanpur Expressway will be a significant boost to real estate in Uttar Pradesh as it will connect the two largest cities in Uttar Pradesh, and reduce travel time from almost three hours to just about 35 minutes between the two cities.

It is widely known that good infrastructure is one of the most important factors in the development of real estate across India, as well as in any country.
