The company sources that employees from offices in India and Dubai will be flying in different batches so that every employee will get a smooth and unforgettable international experience.

In its media release, the company revealed that the Profit Share Bonanza is one of the most highly anticipated events in its annual calendar. Over the years, the real estate developer has facilitated the travel of more than 6,000 workers to such varied destinations as Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, Spain, and several other countries. The scale of the gesture has expanded each year, embodying the company's conviction that its triumph is owing to its employees and that as a result, such success should be celebrated with them in the most remarkable manner.

According‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ to Casagrand, they have really thought out a lot of the nooks and corners of London for their employees to have a very memorable experience in which they can soak up the city’s elegant past, the cultural, and the nature side of it. Some of the itinerary highlights are the audio-led tour of Windsor Castle and the trips through the lively lanes of Camden Market.

So as to celebrate their achievements as one team a big gala dinner will be held at the InterContinental London by inviting employees from different offices. Besides, these workers will be going to the most wonderful and historic places in London like St. Paul’s Cathedral, London Bridge, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, and Trafalgar Square, etc. On top of that, they will be going to the world-famous Madame Tussauds and the trip will be finishing off with a wonderful Thames river cruise giving the employees breathtaking views of the city. It will be just right to cap off their week-long ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌party.

One of Casagrand’s teams spent several months working out the details for the trip. As part of the planning, they collaborated with leading airlines and planned every aspect of the journey in such a way that the employees would be able to travel together, stay together and enjoy the same class of services irrespective of their roles or seniority. The company states that the main motivation is to make all staff members feel appreciated, respected and rewarded in a manner which is a true reflection of the organisation’s ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌culture.

Speaking about the initiative, Arun Mn, Founder and Managing Director of Casagrand, said, “Every year when we celebrate our people in this special way, it reinforces what Casagrand truly stands for. Our teams are the soul of this organisation, and seeing their happiness, the laughter, the tears of joy, the overwhelming emotions make all of us very proud and happy for the culture we all built in our organisation together.”

He added, “We believe in sharing wealth, and it brings us immense joy to know that so many of our people are travelling abroad for the very first time in their lives, while many others are getting to experience this again. Watching all of us fulfilling our dreams, creating memories and returning with a renewed sense of pride is one of the most rewarding parts of this tradition.”

Casagrand's‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ London trip is yet another big show of the company's employee-first philosophy, a core value that the company has been stressing since its very early years. A great number of the employees consider this annual ritual as something to look forward to, not merely for the opportunity to go on a trip but also for the sense of being a part of the group and getting acknowledged which the event brings.

The inititiave has been instrumental in building a workforce that is both motivated and loyal, which the employees now perceive the company as a safe haven that really takes care of their welfare and invests in their personal ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌development.
