The​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Telangana Global Summit 2025 is one of the major event of Telangana scheduled for December 8 and 9 to be held at Bharat Future City, where the state plans to display its infrastructure, policies, and investment potential to the world and national investors. It is expected that about 1,300 delegates from 500 leading companies would be present, along with the representatives of the IT, industrial, and real estate sectors, embassies of foreign countries, CII, FICCI, NASSCOM, CREDAI, and other industry associations.

The summit will preview the various important projects like Bharat Future City, Musi riverfront development, Sports City, and film studios besides presenting the eco-friendly and socially inclusive Telangana for a 3 trillion-dollar economy, women, farmers, and youth.

Besides that, the two-day event will have a number of interactive sessions with industry experts and signing of MoUs. Also, the organizers plan to present the grand drone show named 'Telangana Raising Vision 2047' intending to break a world record. The guests will be given mementos that include handicrafts, food, and Telangana’s culinary heritage. Only the invited persons will be able to access the summit venue.

As​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ the state of Telangana gets ready for the Telangana Rising Global Summit, Bharat Future City has become the focal point of heavy-duty planning, vigor, and coordination. After the Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy's personal inspection, which was more than just a routine check—it spread the pride and the feeling of ownership among all teams, the place was full of life and activity. Officials, workers, and planners said that his hands-on approach made the place very alert and motivated, thus it was most evident that the summit is a shared mission and not just an event.

The Chief Minister Hon'ble CM Sri A. Revanth Reddy, stressed that the summit is a mirror to Telangana’s futuristic and eco-friendly triple-helix model of development comprising innovation and global leadership. Bharat Future City is not only the largest venue but also a representative of Telangana’s urban planning and state-of-the-art infrastructure dominated by the greenery of open spaces, integrated mobility corridors, and the perfectly engineered layouts that are the synthesis of beauty and ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌utility.

Key​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Facts About Future City Telangana:

  • Location: Future City is basically in the halfway point between two major highways- Srisailam and Nagarjunasagar thus staying highly accessible by road not only to Hyderabad but to other important regions as well.
  • Area: The city is segregated into Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Recreational, and Green Zones areas, with the total land being more than 30,000 acres.
  • Concept: The city is planned as a Net-Zero city, wherein it is targeted to have zero emissions, be energy neutral, and practice sustainable waste management.
  • Managed By: The Future City Development Authority (FCDA) is in charge of city planning, infrastructure, and maintenance of the highest sustainability standards globally.

Economic Focus: The city is tdedicated to AI Innovation Hub, Life Sciences, FinTech, and Smart Technologies, thereby becoming a locale where research, business, and technology-driven industries create synergies to grow.

CM Sets December 6 Deadline for Telangana Rising–2047 Vision Document

Hon'ble​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy has personally intervened and required the completion of the Telangana Rising 2047 policy document, which is a long-term roadmap to place Telangana among the top global states, by December 6. 

The​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Chief Minister, who was assessing the work through a top-level review meeting at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar State Secretariat, got an overview about the Vision 2047 document and the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 preparations scheduled for December 8 and 9. Along with the Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, ministers and senior bureaucrats, the Chief Minister was also escorted by the other ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌dignitaries.

The Chief Minister instructed the ministers and departmental heads to engage in deep and thorough discussions on all sectoral components of the Vision 2047 policy on Monday and Tuesday. All the points of discussion should be gathered and submitted in the form of departmental reports by the night of December 2. 

The Chief Secretary, the Special Secretary, and the staff from the Chief Minister's Office will go through the reports that have been received on December 3 and 4. They will make the necessary changes and additions to the draft after this interaction. 

The entire Telangana Rising 2047 Vision Document is expected to be completed by the evening of December 6. Besides, the Chief Minister gave out a strong message for the smooth inter-departmental coordination necessary for the Global Summit to be let loose of his hand.

CMs Review

While​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ the inspection, CM Revanth Reddy went through most of the aspects of the development of the construction progress, security arrangements, logistics, hospitality, and last-mile readiness. Besides the assessment of the operational efficiency, he gave a lot of attention to the morale of the workforce. Among other things, he emphasized that: firstly, the movement routes for delegates have to be made more efficient; secondly, the cleanliness at every location must be maintained; thirdly, the construction schedules should be in line with the summit timings; and fourthly, the inter-departmental communication has to be at the level of real-time with an efficient backup system for hospitality and ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌logistics.

While​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ addressing major structural issues on one side and small details like signs and lighting on the other, the Chief Minister said that each and every element is what constitutes the global image of ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌Telangana.

Administrative Coordination and Ground Teams

A​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ super major event like the summit requires impeccable teamwork among various departments. The Chief Minister interacted with the department heads and executives of the departments of infrastructure, security, media, IT, tourism, and event management. By doing so, he was not only laying down the rules but also initiating the process of accountability among them. Most of his communication was through the issuance of direct orders, indicating the areas where the work had to be done, the quality that had to be maintained, the professional look that was to be kept, and the preparation of contingency plans for any unexpected operational ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌difficulties.Ground team’s daily responsibilities include:

Maintaining cleanliness and landscaping to global standards

  • Managing technical systems and stage setups
  • Monitoring AV and digital infrastructure for uninterrupted performance
  • Assisting delegates and managing movement routes

The CM’s personal interactions acknowledged their dedication, making it clear that each worker’s contribution shapes the state’s international image.

Security and Guest Comfort

Security​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ arrangements at the summit are aimed at creating a safe environment while being as less intrusive as possible. Some of the measures are, Personnel powerfully located across the critical points, Full surveillance coverage, Well-organized entry and exit flows of VIPs and delegates, Coordination between different agencies for quick reaction, Emergency support teams waiting and Visitor assistance counters offering multilingual guidance. The Chief Minister pointed out that the security of the guests is not only their safety but also the first step towards winning their trust. He said that international and national delegates will experience safety and security as the foundation of their hospitality during their ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌visit.

Drone Show Planned 

A highlight of the summit will be an attempt to set a Guinness World Record on December 9 with 3,000 drones working in unison to create the world's longest aerial sentence. The drones will write: "Telangana is Rising. Come, Join the Rise." and depict the state's economic model visually in the urban, peri-urban, and rural areas (CURE, PURE, RARE). Besides that, the formations will show the extensive Metro Rail network and honor women, farmers, and youth, the pillars of the state's governance philosophy, by giving them a star shape.

Global Leaders and Invitations

The summit is a matter of interest for the local and international dignitaries. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will be extending the invites in person , Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge. The rest of the invitees comprise a group of Union Ministers, the Chief Ministers of all states, industrialists, economists, diplomats, entrepreneurs, sportspersons, and media persons. More than 4,500 invitations have gone out and around 1,000 of the recipients have already given their nod, thus indicating the summit's prestige and ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌magnitude.

Deals Expected to be Finalised- Bollywood Angle is There!


As per Financial Express, Bollywood star Ajay Devgn is set to ink a major agreement with the Telangana government for a state-of-the-art film studio and film city during the Telangana Rising Global Summit on December 8–9 at Bharat Future City. According to reports, Devgn will sign an MoU to establish a world-class production ecosystem featuring high-end VFX, animation, AI-driven smart studios, and advanced post-production facilities. The project is expected to significantly strengthen Telangana’s positioning as a cinema infrastructure destination.

Devgn had earlier met Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in July, where he proposed not only the film city but also a film institute to nurture fresh talent. During the meeting, he highlighted the state’s strong potential to emerge as a major hub for filming and entertainment-tech.

Another high-profile MoU expected during the summit includes Reliance Group’s Vantara wildlife conservatory and night safari, adding to the state’s tourism and ecological initiatives.

The Telangana government plans to develop Bharat Future City as a net-zero, globally benchmarked urban hub. As part of this vision, Foodlink F&B Holdings has proposed a ₹3,000-crore integrated global convention centre with three luxury hotels. This agreement is also likely to be formalised at the summit.
