Andhra‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has set a definite goal for the Housing for All program by telling the departments to get the job of building 17 lakh homes done within the next three years. He ordered that production be accelerated and big-scale inauguration parties be held once every quarter, starting with Ugadi. The idea is to have about 5 lakh housewarmings every three months.

At the meeting with officials of TIDCO and the Housing Department, Naidu once again brought to the fore the government's pledge to deliver its election promise of giving a home to every eligible household by ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌2029. He noted that work on 20 lakh houses had already started after the government took office, adding that "We have already taken up construction of 20 lakh houses after coming to power, of which 3 lakh are completed. The remaining 17 lakh must be finished in the next three years."

The administration is also extending additional financial support for SC, ST, BC and PVTG communities under PMAY 1.0. An extra ₹50,000 has been sanctioned for 18,000 Muslim minority beneficiaries. Naidu asked officials to continue engaging with the Union government to clear pending dues of ₹920 crore under the NTR Rural Housing Scheme, which he said had not been processed by the earlier dispensation.

In a separate meeting on agricultural and marketing initiatives, Naidu instructed that food processing units be set up within MSME parks in all 175 constituencies. He said this would help farmers shift from selling raw produce to processed goods and improve long-term income prospects. He advised officials to promote commercial crops, natural farming, and crop planning based on demand. Training on mechanisation, drones, and satellite-backed advisories should also be made widely available, he added.  He‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ said the Farmer App should be like a network that can reach every farmer and be a source of accurate and up-to-date information on weather, pests, crop conditions, and market trends.

The Chief Minister was worried about the decrease in banana prices in such districts as Anantapur, Kadapa, and Nandyal. He asked the horticulture officials to come up with steps for marketing support. Besides, he directed them to explore the possibilities of exports through waterways, rail networks, and air cargo. He criticized the Cotton Corporation of India for slow procurement and instructed officials to take immediate actions to get support from the Centre for cotton growers' welfare.

Naidu expressed that the next "Raitanna – Meekosam" campaign, which is planned from November 24-29 and December 3, should be mainly devoted to making farmers aware of the groundwater situation, reservoir status, and scientific water use. He appealed to MLAs to be energetic participants in the programme and talked again about the government's pledge to supporting technology-enabled agriculture, upgrading market linkages and income security for ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌farmers.
