Workspace and technology ecosystem builder GoodWorks Group has announced the launch of its first company-owned GCC-focused tech park , the GoodWorks Aerospace Park. The park is situated at HiTech, Defence, and Aerospace Industrial Park in Devanahalli, Bengaluru, and the construction work has been officially ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌started.

With this initiative, the company intends to change the manner in which Global Capability Centres (GCCs) function in India through a blend of state-of-the-art infrastructure and sustainable, climate-neutral designs.

The advanced campus spread over an area of 3,00,000 sq. ft. is a planned LEED-certified, zero-carbon facility that will house GCCs, enterprises, and various sectors of the economy that are experiencing rapid growth, such as the aerospace, defence, technology, and research sectors. The project is a manifestation of GoodWorks’ futuristic idea of creating environmentally friendly, world-class campuses for the global enterprises of the ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌future.

Step Toward Sustainable GCC Infrastructure

The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ GoodWorks Aerospace Park is designed to be a ecologically-friendly and a smoothly functioning operation. The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ park is going to be the first one to implement energy and water-saving measures that are very tech-savvy, according to the organization. Therefore,‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ the impact on the environment will be kept at a very minimum, and the project will achieve a zero net carbon footprint. The features of the project conform to the global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards which are a reflection of GoodWorks' commitment to sustainability.

The proximity of the park to Kempegowda International Airport is as per the plan to guarantee that local and international business operations will be accessible without any ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌difficulties. It therefore becomes a preferred location for multinational companies looking for a safe and future-ready infrastructure for their India operations.

GoodWorks, through the creation of a workplace that is an integration of technology, sustainability, and user-friendliness, is not just providing a real estate solution — it is fashioning a long-term ecosystem for the India’s GCC ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌sector.

Vishwas Mudagal, GoodWorks‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Group Co-founder said “This project represents our vision of creating iconic, sustainable campuses that will power India’s GCC revolution. As a bootstrapped, debt-free, and profitable company, this milestone reinforces our commitment to building the future of work in India, brick by brick.”
Sonia Sharma, Co-founder of GoodWorks Group, highlighted the innovation-driven approach, “With the Aerospace Park, we’re taking a bold step by creating our own sustainable campus. This groundbreaking marks the start of a new era for GoodWorks, where we will set benchmarks in workspace design, sustainability, and community building for global enterprises.”

Empowering India’s GCC Growth Story

The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ GoodWorks Aerospace Park is aimed at being a full ecosystem that connects GCCs, research institutions, and future-industries. With India becoming a preferred destination for GCCs and enterprise innovation globally, such projects will offer companies top-notch infrastructure, scalable operations, and cutting-edge technology frameworks.

ICRA,‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ a rating agency, forecasts global capability centres (GCCs) to staggeringly lease 50-55 million square feet (msf) of Grade A office space over FY2026-FY2027, thus, possibly turning the top six markets in India (Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi National Capital Region [NCR], Hyderabad, Mumbai Metropolitan Region [MMR], and Pune) to contribute 38-40% of the overall office demand in these areas. Besides, ICRA is bullish on the number of GCCs, which is currently around 1,700, going beyond 2,500 by 2030, thus, creating a revenue of more than $100 billion and increasing workforce capacity by 1.5-2.0 times.

Global Capability Centres’ (GCCs) rapid growth has been a significant factor to the expansion of India’s commercial office real estate market over the last couple of years. The incremental leasing space demand of their realizations transports a positive signal of long-term strategic growth and global commitment of enterprises in India. Accordingly, various states are rolling out measures like targeted subsidies, training incentives and infrastructure support to expedite GCC investments further.

Global‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Capability Centres (GCCs) are becoming one of the main factors of India's economic growth, they are the ones who essentially have been leading innovation, research, and employment generation in the country. GoodWorks Aerospace Park, thus, is the perfect place for the companies to get prepared for the future markets, not only to create a large number of quality jobs but also to maintain global standards and be in line with ESG ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌norms.

With‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ this launch, GoodWorks is going beyond the mere development of infrastructure; it is creating a fresh standard of eco-friendly, innovation-driven workplaces in India. As multinational companies put more emphasis on their ESG objectives and digital resilience, GoodWorks' strategy places it at the forefront of India's GCC transition path.
