Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has sold his apartment in Mumbai’s Khar locality for ₹15.60 crore, according to property registration records reviewed by real estate platform Square Yards. The transaction was registered in September 2025 with the office of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) in Maharashtra.

The property is located in the upscale residential project Rustomjee Paramount, one of Khar’s sought-after developments. According to the documents, the apartment has a carpet area of 1,989.72 sq. ft. (approximately 184.85 sq. m.) and a built-up area of 2,189 sq. ft. (approximately 203.34 sq. m.). The sale also included three car parking spaces.

The buyer paid a stamp duty of ₹93.60 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000 at the time of the deal. Square Yards’ analysis of IGR records shows that Shroff originally purchased the apartment in 2018 for ₹11.62 crore. The latest transaction therefore reflects a value appreciation of nearly ₹4 crore over a period of seven years.

Khar is among Mumbai’s established real estate markets, characterized by premium residential developments and commercial establishments. The area’s strategic connectivity through the Western Express Highway, suburban rail, and upcoming Metro corridors has made it a preferred location for high-net-worth individuals, professionals, and investors.

The locality is close to business districts such as Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Lower Parel, and Andheri, and also has convenient access to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. With these factors, Khar continues to record high-value real estate transactions, especially in projects offering large apartments with modern amenities.

Rustomjee Paramount, where the apartment is located, is a luxury residential project known for offering large-format apartments and lifestyle amenities. The project has been home to several well-known personalities from the film industry and business community. Apartments in this development often command premium prices due to the combination of location, specifications, and developer reputation.

The sale of Shroff’s apartment adds to a growing list of celebrity real estate transactions in Mumbai’s western suburbs, where demand for spacious and well-located homes remains strong.

The transaction underlines a broader trend of steady appreciation in prime micro-markets of Mumbai. While property prices across the city have varied in recent years depending on location and demand cycles, Khar and its adjoining areas like Bandra and Juhu have consistently held value due to limited land availability and sustained demand.

Industry experts point out that properties in Khar typically trade between ₹40,000 and ₹55,000 per sq. ft., depending on specifications and building profile. The price realized in Shroff’s transaction is consistent with prevailing market benchmarks for high-quality projects in the area.

Mumbai continues to witness large-ticket residential transactions, particularly from high-profile individuals and investors focusing on luxury assets. The sale of Tiger Shroff’s apartment highlights both the enduring appeal of Khar as a real estate hub and
