Mumbai-based real estate company, Sunteck Realty Limited, is all set to change the face of luxury dwelling in the western suburbs of Mumbai with the upcoming ultra-luxurious residential project in the area of Goregaon West. This project, developed on a prized 3-acre land, comes up with a gross development value of approximate ₹3,000 crore, of whom the company is investing ₹1,250 crore in the first phase.
This coming project has 42 floors, featuring units as high as 225 apartments, complete with 3 to 4 bedroom units, all accessible by private elevators opening directly to its own exclusive lobbies. The price for these units is set to begin at ₹36,000 per square foot.
