Marathon Nextgen Realty Ltd (MNRL) based in Mumbai, announced the debut of three new residential towers in Bhandup, with a combined project value of ₹370 crore. Marathon’s initiative to extend comfortable living spaces in the fast-expanding suburbs of Mumbai continues with this launch.
Among the launches, the first is a new residential project inside the 6.5-acre Neo Park layout, spread over 5,100 sq. m of land. The project is valued for sale at a total carpet area of approximately 1.2 lakh sq. ft., with a tentative Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹200 crore. Next, the company is announcing the development of Neovalley Narmada second tower, and the third tower of Neo Park Ashoka which together offer about 1 lakh sq. ft. of saleable carpet area with an additional GDV of ₹170 crore. The three residential towers under the Neohomes banner in Bhandup, comprising approximately 2.2 lakh sq. ft. of dwelling space, are a considerable extension of the Marathon strategy in this region.
Marathon has been a major source of more than 700 Neohomes’ supply in Bhandup and Neosquare has already been awarded its OC while the next phase is near completion. These earlier developments have contributed to making Bhandup an ideal residential hub for families and working professionals who are looking for modern housing in a locality with good connectivity.
Bhandup has become the top choice for residential living in the eastern suburbs of Mumbai in no time.
