Bengaluru-based Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has launched 620 residential units in Ghaziabad with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹2,200 crore. This launch marks the second phase of the company’s maiden project in the Delhi-NCR region, following the highly successful introduction of its 62.5-acre township, The Prestige City, Indirapuram, earlier in April.
The first phase of the township included two residential projects, Oakwood and Mulberry, together offering 3,421 units with a projected sales potential of approximately ₹9,000 crore. With nearly all units in the first phase sold, Prestige Estates has now unveiled the Mayflower project as part of the township’s second phase. Mayflower spans a developable area of 1.94 million square feet and carries a projected GDV of ₹2,200 crore, continuing the company’s focus on premium urban housing in the NCR region.
In the second quarter of FY26, Prestige Estates launched 3.87 million square feet of developable area with a GDV of ₹3,966.9 crore. With total launches in the first half of the fiscal year reaching 18.81 million square feet and a cumulative GDV of ₹17,592.2 crore, the company has set a strong pace for FY26. The impressive response to its maiden NCR project underscores the growing demand for premium residential units in Ghaziabad and surrounding areas.
Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Group, Irfan Razack, stated that the first half of FY26 has been marked by record-breaking sales and strong collections. The maiden project, The Prestige City, Indirapuram, recorded sales exceeding ₹8,300 crore with collections of around ₹1,500 crore within just a few months, highlighting the strong market response.
Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has a significant track record, having completed 307 projects covering 199 million square feet as of June 2025. The company currently maintains a development pipeline of 132 projects spanning approximately 200 million square feet, demonstrating its robust growth strategy across India’s urban markets.
The company’s expansion into the Delhi-NCR region with The Prestige City, Indirapuram, reflects its strategic approach to entering high-potential real estate markets outside its home base in Bengaluru. By offering thoughtfully planned townships with integrated amenities, Prestige Estates aims to cater to the evolving lifestyle and housing demands of modern urban buyers.
