KREEVA, the real estate arm of Kanodia Group, onboards Nivedita Somani as its new General Manager – Sales, reinforcing its strength amid rapid expansion in North India’s real estate market. With over 15 years of diverse experience across real estate, fitness technology, and lifestyle retail, Nivedita brings a proven track record of strategic sales leadership and multi-market success.

Previously, she has held senior positions at BPTP Ltd. and Fitternity.com, as well as international ventures such as Fitze and Little IA in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, where she led business development, global partnerships, and B2B expansion strategies. Her recent role at 32nd Avenue saw her leading a high-performing sales team and developing extensive broker partnerships across Gurgaon and Goa.

Nivedita holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, equipping her with both business acumen and a creative perspective—an ideal combination for driving KREEVA’s customer-centric approach.
