Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has made his first foray into land ownership by acquiring a 2,000 sq. ft. plot in Alibaug for ₹2 crore. The property is part of Chateau de Alibaug, a coastal development managed by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL). This investment adds to the actor’s growing real estate portfolio and positions him alongside established investors in the area, including Amitabh Bachchan and Kriti Sanon.
The Alibaug acquisition marks Aaryan’s initial entry into land investment. According to sources, the actor intends to build his own residence on the plot. Alibaug has been a popular destination for celebrities and high-net-worth individuals seeking second homes, owing to its proximity to Mumbai and scenic coastal environment. These prior investments indicate a strategy of diversifying his real estate holdings across high-value urban and coastal properties.
